Scope of the service
A legal consultation may be booked through the website online by video call or in person. The consultation fee is displayed during booking.
Booking and payment
The booking is final once the selected appointment has been paid for online by bank card. A confirmation e-mail and calendar invitation are sent after successful payment.
Changes and cancellation
An appointment may be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the consultation. The fee is non-refundable for later cancellations.
Liability
A consultation provides information based on the details supplied. Comprehensive legal representation exists only under a separate written engagement agreement.
